Automating Marketing Decisions at Scale
Automating Marketing Decisions at Scale
We created an automation layer that powers marketing at scale: smarter campaigns, faster rollouts, and teams that finally have room to breathe.

/Context/
A collaboration with one of the largest retail chains in the GCC, operating hundreds of stores with fast-moving product cycles and regionally varied promotions.

With such scale came complexity: marketing decisions were often decentralised, manually executed, and time-sensitive, leading to inconsistent outcomes across markets.

/Challenge/
Manual processes for campaign planning, pricing strategy, and in-store promotions created bottlenecks. The system was rich in data, but poor in actionability.

The marketing team needed to move faster and smarter, but without increasing headcount or losing control.

/Solution/
We designed and deployed a decision automation layer tailored for marketing operations. It connected promotional inputs, product performance data, and store-level intelligence into a unified logic.Rules were systematised, repeat decisions were automated, and thresholds were introduced to flag when human input was actually needed.
